Welcome to Steve Owens & Summertime. Steve Owens and Summertime walked away from the 2012 Carolina Beach Music Awards as a winner of the “Favorite New Artist of the Year” category. The awards show was held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Sunday, November 11 and featured musical performances by several popular beach music bands including Steve Owens and Summertime. SOaS had received numerous nominations after only one year since the band’s formation.
